It made no sense to me when Mr. Poudel says that the Royal family does not need a constitution. Should not the Royals be bounded under a written constitution? Is the BPP still in favor of confering unlimited powers to the Royal family?
BPP president surely needs a conceptual clarity. A constitution is a body of laws. It is the fundamental law if any land. The rule of law emanates from the Constitution. If the Royals are not circumvented under a constituion, what is the use of implementing it only on poor, inocent people? By not tryng to keep the Royals under the constitution, BPP surely intends to give the royals a free hand at running the lives of the ordinary people,
at their own free will.
We need more educated and clear headed people to lead our political parties.
Forget about the exile politics of our bhutanese leaders now. They did nothing during this 17 years thats why re-settlement started.Who the hell is Balaram Poudyel?? Is he still saying and taking about those freking things??Bhutanese political movement is over.Think that there is no movement at all and nobody can do nothing in Bhutan. Our leaders are only after the dollars.
